Price

Pricing: The price of the trip has two main parts.

• Destination fee: $10.00: fleetzen charges a ride administrative fee of $10.00 for each transaction
• Trip charge: The trip charge has two components:
  • Vehicle charge: Customer will be charged a vehicle charge for every mile the vehicle travels between the pickup and the drop-off location
  • Driver charge: Customer will be charged a driver cost for every minute driver spends between the time driver arrives at the pickup location and the end of the trip.

In essence, Total price = destination fee + (number of miles travelled)* (vehicle charge per mile) + (number of driver minutes)*(driver charge per minute) + any applicable taxes

Cancellation policy: If the customer decides to cancel the trip under 90 seconds of placing the order no charge will be made to customer’s credit card. If customer cancels the order after 90 seconds then a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be charged to customer’s credit card on file to compensate for the ride that is already heading in customer’s direction.

Refund Policy: The full amount as applicable (including the Administrative Fee and any other associated fee), is charged immediately following completion of trip to the User’s authorized credit card and transferred (less the Administrative Fee) to the drivers account. All payments made are non-refundable. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of a User’s decision to terminate usage of service, our decision to terminate a User’s usage, disruption caused to our Services either planned, act of God, accidental or intentional, or any other reason whatsoever.
