BACKGROUND CHECKS

Every driver is subject to a criminal record check, including county and national databases and the national sex offender registry.

We will not register a driver with fleetzen who does not meet any of the requirements below:

• No violent criminal activity
• No sexual offenses
• No drug offenses or activity
• No felonies
• No theft
• No property crimes/vandalism

DRIVING RECORD

In addition to checking the background of our drivers for criminal activity, we also make sure that they are responsible and capable behind the wheel.

Drivers must be 21 or older, with a valid U.S. driver’s license & must have:

• Automobile insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements
• No more than three traffic infractions or incidents in the past three years
  (i.e. speeding tickets, accidents)
• No major violations in the past three years (i.e. excessive speeding)
• No DUIs, other impaired driving violations or extreme infractions in the last seven years.
• Any DUI or drug offence committed as a fleetzen driver will result in immediate
  removal from the fleetzen team

VEHICLE STANDARDS

Trucks must be model year 2000 or newer and in good condition.
Trucks must pass a vehicle inspection before being approved for fleetzen use

We use a two-way 5 star rating system to protect our customers and our drivers from poor experiences. You can make a difference by giving feedback on your driver after every delivery. The ratings help our drivers to improve their service quality and aim for a consistent 5 stars. Our drivers will rate you too, so treat them with the same courtesy you expect from them and earn your own 5 stars!
